E.A. Thomas (April 27, 1838–September 2, 1890) was an American jurist who served as a Justice of the Terrirotial Wyoming Supreme Court from March 20, 1873 to December 14, 1877.

{{quote|Thomas was born on April 27, 1838 in Cayuga County, New York. He was a lawyer, mayor and Civil War veteran in Auburn, New York. On March 20, 1873, President Grant appointed him as associate justice of the Wyoming Supreme Court. He resigned on December 14, 1877, and returned East, where he devoted some of his time to writing. Thomas died on September 2, 1890 in Norristown, Pennsylvania.^[1]}}
