Originally located in a small space in Buckhead, the gallery moved to its most well known space, 247 Buckhead Avenue, before moving in 2002 to Miami Circle. As the gallery grew in size, stature, and success in Atlanta, and the art world in general, the gallery began representing its own repertoire of artists. Those artists include Radcliffe Bailey, now represented by Jack Shainman Gallery^[3], Tony Hernandez, Rocio Rodriguez, Cynthia Knapp and many more.

It wasn't just the mix of blue chip household names, local artists, and emerging superstars that catapulted the gallery to its success. The gallery maintained a talented staff that curated compelling, boundary-pushing shows in the Atlanta market. Notable staff include Alex Barlow, Della Patteson, Melissa Metcalf, Gena Spizman, and Carolan Schwartz who opened the Vaknin Schwartz Gallery^[4] in Atlanta in 1997.
