Folk on Foot is a podcast launched in August 2018 by the broadcaster and former BBC executive Matthew Bannister^[1]^[2]^[3]. In each episode, Bannister walks with a leading UK folk musician in the landscape that has inspired them. They perform their music on location. Featured artists include The Young 'uns, Karine Polwart, Sam Lee, Eliza Carthy and family, Steve Knightley, Cara Dillon, Jon Boden, Seth Lakeman, Fisherman's Friends, Kerry Andrew, Stick in the Wheel and Julie Fowlis.
