He is known for his unique rap style and being able to switch from Rap to Dancehall in a matter of seconds. Fresco was born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica. He began writing raps in the &th grade but did not start taking rap seriously until high school, he first rapped in a booth at the age of 15. Fresco grew up listening to artists such as Eminem, Young M.A, Don Q, Meek Mill, G Herbo, Lil Bibby and A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie As he got older he began making music and promoting it with his friends, he promoted in the streets mainly because of the type of music he was making, He figured that they would relate to it more because of the things he was rapping about. Fresco's first stage name was lil Huncho, he would then change it to Fresco Don. Fresco released his first song at 15. Fresco was still worried about continuing his school studies and the music but he came to the conclusion that rap was going to be his way to a better life. Throughout the course of His musical career, Fresco Don has won over the hearts of music lovers from all walks of life. Performing at a variety of venues, making dozens of appearances, all the while recording new singles, Frescodon has earned the admiration and affection of countless fans, serving as both inspiration and role model. With his unique style of rapping, being able to do both Hip/ Hop and Dancehall, the young artist will go extremely far in the future and will surely continue to grow with his talent. |
