Since 2012 she is the Head of the Centro de Cultura Digital. [1][2][3][4][5] BiographyShe studied and achieved a graduate program on TV and Electronic Art at the Ducan of Jordanstone College of Art in Dundee University, Scotland.[6] In 2002 the Rockefeller and MacArthur Foundation gave her a scholarship on new media. In 1997 she was awarded the second prize of the first edition of the Premio Nacional de Televisión Cultural granted by Canal 22 and the Red Nacional de Radiodifusoras y Televisoras Culturales.[7][8] She is member of the National System of Creators (Sistema Nacional de Creadores de Arte del FONCA) in two different periods. She was curator de la anthology for women video producers ¡Juega!, or Play, she was commissioned by the Museo de Mujeres Artistas Mexicanas[9] and the anthology Familiar/Memorable in Ready Media: hacia una arqueología de los medios y la invención en México exhibited at the Laboratorio Arte Alameda. In 2007 she was the artistic head of the Festival de Artes Electrónicas y VideoTransitiomx_02: Fronteras Nómadas. She was member of the Consejo de Artes y Letras of the FONCA from 2004 to 2006, and honorary member of the Consejo de Evaluación y Planeación of the Festival Transitio between 2008 and 2010.[10] From 2008 she is member of the Consejo Consultivo of MUMA. In the Foundation Pedro Meyer was chair and manager of special projects. She was professor at the Facultad de Artes of the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Morelos.[11] She had exhibitions in some cities on Latin America, United States and Europe in the Insync Festival of Nueva York; in Mix Festival, itinerant show in México, Portugal and Brasil; at the Museo de Bellas Artes in Buenos Aires, British Short Film Festival in London, Video Positive in Liverpool, Fotofeis in Glasgow, Festival de Video Mexicano in Boston, Festival de Cinemá de Douarnenez, Fri Art Festival in Friborg and AVE Festival in Arnhem.[12] In October 2017 she was member of the jury for the Premios Ciudad de México.
