Founder of Smile Infinity® and Smile Lift® , and the Lebanese Taekwondo Federation president. Early lifeZarifeh was born in Deir al-Qamar, Mount Lebanon Governorate, Lebanon, to Fouad and Therese Zarifeh. He spent the first sixteen years of his life living in a war-torn environment, until 1991 when the civil war in Lebanon had ended. He started training Taekwondo at the Mont La Salle club in Lebanon. Zarifeh won the Lebanese Taekwondo championship and the Arab clubs championship in 1996. Zarifeh graduated in 1999 as a dentist at Saint Joseph University in Beirut specialized in dental surgery. In 2007, Zarifeh had a postgraduate diploma in oral surgery at Beirut Arab University. Fellowship in laser dentistry at WCLI (World Clinical Laser Institute). In 2013, Zarifeh took an MSC Master in laser dentistry, at AALZ - Aachen University, RWTH in Germany As a doctorZarifeh started his career in 1999 as an oral surgeon. In 2002, Zarifeh established his own clinic "Ferrari Dental Clinic" which was the first ISO 9001 certified dental clinics in the Middle East. In 2007 he became the head of the oral and dental surgery department of the HIMC (Hazmieh International Medical Center) Hospital in Lebanon until 2015. In 2010 he became the head of the oral and dental surgery department of Clemenceau Medical Center Hospital affiliated with John Hopkins International[https://www.cmc.com.lb/departments/page/DENTAL_CARE] in Beirut, Lebanon Martial art careerZarifeh started training in at the Mont La Salle club. In 1996, Zarifeh won the Lebanese Taekwondo Championship and received a gold medal in the Arab clubs championship. in 1999, He became the captain of the Lebanese National Team until 2007. In 2001, Zarifeh took a gold medal in the Middle East Championship that was held in Tunisia. In 2002, he took the gold medal in the Middle East Championship, a silver medal in the francophone games that was held in Paris and was nominated as the best player of the year. In 2006, Zarifeh took the bronze medal in the Asian games. Zarifeh became the director of the national team in 2010 and was nominated as the president of the Lebanese Taekwondo Federation in 2016.
