HistoryHackSC has had an inconsistent past. Under new leadership and with a new team, HackSC wants to revive USC's hacking spirit. Starting fresh, the team will hold their first hackathon on April 12-14 in downtown Los Angeles. In 2016, HackSC had its final hackathon with nothing for three years. With 400-600 attendees, the 2016 hackathon was a moderate success, but failed in some aspects that resulted in a lack of support for any HackSC events afterwards. 2019 acts as a fresh start for HackSC. Combined with HackSC on April 12-14, the HackSC team is hosting Hack Nights at USC. Hack Nights are a series of short hacking periods with workshops and the opportunity to network with students. Designed for USC students, but open to all, Hack Nights usually occur on Wednesday night from 6:00-8:30pm at USC. Information is updated by the HackSC team and posted on their medium blog.[2] References1. ^1 {{Cite web|url=https://hacksc.com/|title=HackSC 2019|website=hacksc.com|language=en|access-date=2019-03-10}} 2. ^{{Cite web|url=https://medium.com/@hacksc|title=HackSC|website=Medium|language=en|access-date=2019-03-10}} External links* https://www.hacksc.com
