Hannah Overton is an American woman who was accused in 2006 of poisoning four-year-old Andrew Burd, her foster son who was in her care in Corpus Christi, Texas. Hannah was charged with capital murder, convicted and sent to prison.[1] She spent seven years in prison before her conviction was overturned in 2017.
