Hazel Dreis was an American publisher, printmaker and book binder. Dreis was the daughter of a Midwestern newspaper publisher. She worked as a printer and newspaper reporter, and studied bookbinding in the UK under Laurence DeCoverly.[1] She started a business in San Francisco working with Grabhorn Press.
