释义 |
High Pressure Turbine Clearance Control System (HPTCC), which consists of a hydraulic drive valve and connecting tube to the main engine control (MEC), uses high pressure Compressor (HPC) takes the air from the 5th and 9th stages to get the most stable HPT Performance and minimization of the exhaust gas temperature drop (EGT) during throttle bursts. Air selection is determined by fuel pressure signals from the MEC. Exhaust air is drained from valve to the manifold surrounding the casing of1the HPT. Temperature controllers expansion of the supporting structure of the bandage to optimize the relative clearance of the tires on the theater blades. High pressure turbine clearance adjustment valve The HPTCC valve is located on the right side of the engine just below the horizontal separation line. High pressure compressor housing. The combination of valve positions in the MEC and The clearance adjustment valve may result in any of the following three (open or closed) combinations air flow into the casing area of the HPT: only 5th stage airflow, 5th and 9th stage air flow mixture or 9th stage only stage of the air flow. The 5th stage air is extracted from the 5th stage collector of the GOC stator housing at where the valve is mounted HPTCC. 9th stage air is extracted from the combustion chamber through the port. Next to one of the fuel injector ports and pointing forward through the outer tube to the HPTCC valve. References |
