Ihsan Mohamed Fakhri is the first Sudanese judge, the first judge in the Arab region, as well as the first female student to join the Faculty of Law at the University of Khartoum. The first law student Maulana Ihsan Mohamed Fakhry was born in 1938. She joined the Faculty of Law, University of Khartoum in 1956. She was the first student to join the Law Collage. After graduating from the university, she joined the Law Office of the University of Khartoum.
