Brief IntroductionIndoor Pets, formally known as 'Get Inuit', are a four man band from Sittingbourne, Kent. The band is comprised of Jamie (front man) along with Ollie (drummer and backing vocals) and brothers James (lead guitar) and Robbie (bass). The latter is famously known for covering his face in his long locks during performances, much to new fan's dismay, for reasons undisclosed to the public. In recent months the band has opened for the likes of Razorlight and Ash, touring around the UK and Europe. Segments of their thrilling journey can be found on their Instagram Highlights known as "Knowing me, Knowing EU" in which the lead singer criticizes the many forms of bike lanes around Europe in a surprisingly informative manor. The lead singer, often known as “Jamie from Twitter” takes to the social media platform to share insightful and thought provoking content. They shall be embarking on a UK wide tour this April to celebrate the release of their debut album starting in Bath's infamous Moles on the 9th and finishing at Brighton's The Green Door Store on the 18th. On the way they will visit such venues as London's Scala and Liverpool's Art Club. They are yet to announce any supporting acts. (Tickets can be found at [https://www.indoorpets.club Indoor Pet's website] and on Dice, apart from Bath because they hate me) In October 2018, the band had about £10,000 worth of equipment and priceless belongings stolen whilst supporting Bad Sounds on tour in Manchester[1] . News regarding the incident spread fast on social media with many fans offering to donate money to help them get back on the road. A couple days later, the band announced that they would be selling tea towels to give the fans something in return for their generosity. Thanks to this and support from other bands, Indoor Pets were able to get back on the road to finish the Bad Sounds tour. It is still unknown as to why they did not have insurance ([https://twitter.com/IndoorPets/status/1079716534703063040]). DiscographyTheir debut album "Be Content" will be released on March 8th, 2019 and will feature tracks from previous EP's such as "Barbiturates" "Cutie Pie, I'm Bloated" and more. They will tackle a range of themes varying from personal insecurity, socio-political commentary and just "Being Strange". The band will release this highly anticipated album under Witchita Recordings. Previous EP Releases from Indoor Pets include 001 (2015)
