StructureThe organization is governed by a General meeting. The general assembly is chosen by the Council and the President of the Council (Director). The Council governs the organization between General Meetings. The organization has three main parts:1. General StaffThe Chief of General Staff regulates the overall work of the organization under the supervision of the Director. 2. The central partThe central part is engaged in the search for people, rescue work, training of employees and so on. 3. Separate partA separate part consists of a technical, repair, medical department and orchestra. FunctionsThe main functions of the organization are: Help population, in search of missing and wanted persons, Promote to the multifaceted development and distribution of martial arts, physical education and sports, Promote to protection of human rights and increasing the level of legal awareness of the population, create the necessary conditions for meeting members, sharing information and training, organize trainings, campaigns, camps, tournaments, seminars and exams to improve their professional skills.
