Iryna Vereshchuk (born November 30, 1979) President of the International Center for Black Sea-Baltic Studies and Consensus Practices. In 2002-2006 studied at the Law Faculty of Lviv Ivan Franko National University[2] From 2008 to 2010 - student at Lviv Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine. [3] As a result of studies in summer 2009 attended special internship program at the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (CMU), then was included in the talent pool of the CMU staff. In 2015, received Ph. D from Lviv Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine, on "Organizational and legal mechanism for improving the administrative and territorial structure of Ukraine" 2015-2016 Student of Lane Kirkland Polish-American Freedom Foundation program. Successfully defended her thesis at the Center for Eastern Studies [4], University of Warsaw (Studium Europy Wschodniej Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego) on "Participation of citizens in the representative government in Poland. Recommendations for Ukraine" and received diploma with honourss. Employment:Since January 2016 Ms. Vereshchuk serves as President of the International Center for Black Sea-Baltic Studies and Consensus Practices. The Council of Center includes 15 former presidents and statesmen of the Baltic-Black Sea region, in particular from Ukraine, Poland, Bulgaria, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Slovakia. In the period from 2016 to 2018, the Center held a number of international events, in particular: 5 international forums in Ukraine and Lithuania, launched a program called “Dialogue of Universities”. The Center also serves as effective platform to lobby interests of Ukraine in the world. She also serves as Advisor to President Yushchenko and President Yushchenko Institute on international relations and business development. As an international policy expert, he takes an active part in television and radio broadcasts and regularly comments on the situation in Ukraine and abroad. Rawa Ruska is a small town in Lviv Oblast that borders Poland, with population of over 10 000 people. As City Mayor, participated in the development of the draft law "On territorial communities in Ukraine" (portion on the current situation and prospects of formation) Developed and implemented a pilot project on the Unification of the District Territorial Communities. Iryna Vereshchuk was the initiator and the developer of the draft Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine, the Budget Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine" On the Single tax, which is handled at the points of entry across the state border of Ukraine ". In November 2013, during protest against the refusal of the Government of Ukraine to sign the Association Agreement with the EU and at the beginning of the Revolution of Dignity in Ukraine, submitted an open letter to Brussels requesting to conclude such an agreement with the city of Rawa Ruska. From May 2007 to June 2008 worked as Legal Advisor at Rawa-Ruska City Council. From June to October 2010 - Deputy Chairman of Zhovkva District Administration on humanitarian issues and foreign policy. Served in officer positions in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
