He was born in Burbank, California on July 1st 1999 (currently 19) but moved before he was 1 year old to sesquehanna, Pennsylvania. Jack has 3 sisters, Sydnie, Ava and Isla. Right now, Jack lives in Los Angeles, California with his mother, Kristin Stanford, his father, Darrin Stanford, his sisters, Sydnie Avery, Ava Stanford and Isla Stanford. Before taking part in Why don’t we, he was making covers on his YouTube channel (jack Avery), and had an original song called “Liar”. His channel has 188,000 subscribers and his most successful cover/Remix in his channel is “Running” by Beyoncé which has 4.1 million views. He quickly gained a fan base, and went on a social media tour with IMPACT in 2016, shortly before he was signed to Atlantic Records as a part of a pop band called “Why Don’t We”.
