Jade E. Davis is the associate director for digital learning in the center for Teaching and Learning at LaGuardia Community College CUNY. She has Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina with a focus on media, technology and culture. She is a former member of the PhD Lab in Digital Knowledge at Duke University. She also has been the Program Coordinator for the Digital Media and Learning Competition at HASTAC. Her research displays her interest in spaces that make digital information into knowledge and culture and the ethics and ownership of the data traces that are left behind.

Jade E. Davis has a Ph.D., From University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill-Communication Studies: Digital Media, Technology, and Culture and Performance Studies

Master of Arts from New York University-French Studies

Bachelor of Arts from University of Hawai’I at Manoa-French

Former Intern of the Microsoft Research Program

As said before her work displays interest in spaces that make digital information into knowledge and culture and the ethics. More so about tech in everyday life and how it affects intrahuman interaction. She says she is mildy obsessed with:
