It was all started with the birth of great Kamla Kant jha. His father Sree Hira Lal Jha who was first lawyer in Godda court has worshipped Maa Jagadhri and committed that if he gets son then he will do puja at home. and the miracle has happened and Sree Kamla kant Jha was born in 1900 and puja started from 1901. Puja was being privately organised by six son of Sree Kamla kant jha and their families. It is widely believed that maa Jagadhri is putradayini ma. Lots of men and women seat in all the trikal puja as ardashiya to get the son. Puja is becoming bigger and bigger every year. This year puja will be celebrated on 17,18 and 19th of November.
