{{AFC submission|||u=Thecrownjewel|ns=118|ts=20190212230253}} {{AFC comment|1=:Could someone addressed a couple of concerns? I am against company advertisement articles and possible paid advertising so don't want to give a prejudiced decline.
  • 1)- There is a "close connection" tag and logically (for those of us that don't or can't see it) there should be comments on the talk page that are missing.
  • 2)- The micro-lead states "a Southeast Asian startup" but the article states it was founded in 2015. Although some heavy hitters have recently (late 2018) became involve how long is a company considered a "start up"?
  • 3)- Was the company founded in 2015 or [https://sg.news.yahoo.com/singapore-financial-risk-management-startup-jewel-paymentech-raises-092413999.html 2014] as a provided reference states?
  • 4)- I don't see obvious advertising words but there is a tone that reads like being based on advertising that seems too technical or scripted. An example: "In October 2018, Malaysian FinTech Soft Space partners up...". This appears to have come from a press release as the date would dictate past-tense.
  • 5)- A specialist in the financial field would likely know the meaning of acronyms but the average reader needs to understand. The precept of Wikipedia is knowledge so these need to be explained or linked to so FinTech should be Financial technology (FinTech) and telcos I assume telephone companies (telcos) using the acronyms on the next instance.
