Joan Spari, born on 03.02.1999 in Barcelona, Spain, is a 20 years old Style Editor & Writer, who is known for his work at fashion magazines like Vogue Italia, Vogue Switzerland, GQ or Elle. Though he is still very young, his name is known for fashion insiders and his articles are read worldwide.[1] Career2015-16His career started at Fendi, one of the biggest fashion houses in the world. There he got an internship next to Kanye West and Virgil Abloh who are right now stars in the industry. His age was only 15 years when he began to work there in the field of marketing and therefore got loads of critique from inner circles of the company.[2] He then soon came to an end with Fendi and stopped the cooperation to pursue his work as an independent writer. [2] [1] 2016-17In 2016-17 Joan Spari created a big wave in the fashion world due to his then newly created blog called "fashion masters". He managed to reach a big audience through his writing during that time, focusing primarily on streetwear and high-end fashion. On his blog he even collaborated with big household fashion names like Marc Jacobs, John Galliano, Virgil Abloh and Karl Lagerfeld.[1] His blogging website "fashion masters" was taken down at the end of 2016 due to copyright issues which couldn't be handled anymore. 2017-18After 2016 was a dramatic change in Spari's life, he got loads of offers from magazines like Vogue Italia, Glamour, Nylon, Elle, InStyle and others who were interested in hiring the young writer.
