Yoseph Joned Suryatmoko Ndaruhadi (born March 21) is an Indonesian theater director, playwright, performer, and film actor. He may be best known for his starring role in [https://id.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yosep_Anggi_Noen Yosep Anggi Noen]'s feature films Peculiar Vacation and Other Illnesses (2012), Lady Caddy Who Never Saw A Hole in One (2013) and Solo Solitude (2016). Early LifeSuryatmoko Ndaruhadi was born in Surakarta, Central Java, Indonesia where he also has spent his childhood. He was born as the youngest of eight children and raised in an activist family which is also a follower of Indonesia founding father Sukarno. His father, a native of Surakarta, Fransiscus de Sales Sumarno Hadisaputro is a nationalist, affiliated to and leader of Indonesia National Party (Partai Nasional Indonesia) in Wonogiri, Central Java in the early 1960s. At the same time, his mother Yohana Fransisca Purwanti Sri Oetari was a junior high school teacher who was also a Marhaenisme follower and leader of Marhaenis Woman (Wanita Marhaenis) in Wonogiri. His parent met during their activism in the party and married in 1963. After the military regime took over the political upheaval in Indonesia in 1965, his family moved back to Surakarta. Education Finishing his elementary and junior high school both from Catholic education in Pangudi Luhur Solo, Suryatmoko Ndaruhadi continued his education in Seminari Petrus Kanisius Mertoyudan. He only spent two years in the seminary, before he moved back to Surakarta. He received his bachelor degree from International Relations Studies Department, and his master in Media and Cultural Studies Program, both from Universitas Gadjah Mada, an Indonesian prominent research university located in Yogyakarta, where he started his artistic and academic professional life. Since Fall 2018, Suryatmoko Ndaruhadi has received a fellowship and joined as a Ph.D. student in Theatre and Performance Program, The Graduate Center City University of New York (CUNY), and at the same time supported by The Graduate Fellowship Asian Cultural Council(ACC).
