He is a member of the California Democratic Party campaigning to represent California's 72nd State Assembly district, which encompasses Seal Beach, Huntington Beach, Garden Grove, Westminster, Fountain Valley, Midway City, Rossmoor, Sunset Beach and Los Alamitos. Lowenthal completed his bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and then attended the University of California, San Diego, where he earned a master’s degree in international affairs. In 2015, Lowenthal was named President of FreeConferenceCall.com, responsible for the overall business strategy including all retail and wholesale operations, global expansion strategy, sales and marketing and business development.[1] Since joining the company in 2010, Josh has been instrumental in helping FreeConferenceCall.com grow exponentially across 60 markets on five continents, connecting more than 40 million callers each month.
