Joshua Shepherd (born 1991) is an English professional football coach. He is currently the Head Coach of the Thimphu City FC who play in the Bhutan National League.

Joshua is a Confederation of African Football B License Football Coach, he obtained the License whilst working for Real de Banjul in The Gambia.

coaching career

Joshua started his coaching career at the age of 21 where he worked as the Assistant Manager of Semi Professional Side Wolverhampton Sporting Community in the West Midland Regional League (Step 6) . Joshua then moved to Malaga, Spain where he worked as a coach at CD Nerja before heading off to The Gambia to work as the Assistant Manager for Real de Banjul, one of The Gambias most successful clubs. After a short spell in The Gambia Joshua moved back to England where he took up his next role as Lead Academy Coach at Tamworth FC and Coach at The Panjab FA, a Nation who is part of CONIFA. In 2017 Joshua relocated and became the Assistant Manager at Haverhill Rovers and Long Melford who both play in the Thurlow Nunn Premier League (Step 5). At the start of 2019 Joshua moved to Bhutan where he took up a Player/Manager role of Thimphu City FC, a club who play in the Bhutan National League.{{cn}}
