In his childhood, he made his first screen appearance as Lakshmana in the film ‘Amrut’.[1] After doing so many noticeable roles in the bollywood movies he finally got a centric role in his upcoming film Lupt which are going to be released in September 2018.[2] Karan is also doing Mr. Pahlaj Nihalani directed bollywood movie ‘Rangeela Raja’ in which Govinda and Digangana Suryavanshi are his co-actors. Life and careerKaran Aanand is the son of Mr. Om Babu (National Hockey Player) & Mrs. Shankuntala Gupta and he was born on 4 January in Allahabad Uttar Pradesh, India.{{cn}} Karan have got his primary and higher education at 'Birla Vidya Mandir' in Nainital and done graduation from 'Allahabad University'. According to an interview, he wanted to become an actor since his childhood.[3] He worked in the repertory for quite some time before moving to Mumbai.{{cn}} After reaching to Mumbai, he joined the theatre group 'Ekjute', and at which he stayed very active till he received his first break in Chittod Ki Rani Padmini Ka Johur on TV.[4] He got a lot of appreciations for his award winning role in the serial 'Kabhi Toh Milke Sab Bolo'. After doing his first Bollywood movie Gunday, he done ‘Salman Khan’ casted movie Kick, Madhur Bhandarkar's 'Calendar Girls' and Neeraj Pandey directed movie Baby. Karan has also acted in different language’s movies like 'Kable Aai Bahar' in Bhojpuri and Ami Shubhash Bolchi in Bengali.{{cn}} Filmography
Awards and Recognition‘Bihar Governor’ has awarded Karan for his acting in ‘Kabhi Toh Milke Sab Bolo’. He got a best TV actor award by ‘Lions Club’ for the same TV serial.
