He attended Idumuje Unor Primary School, Idumuje Unor, Delta State, Edo College, Benin City and Advanced College, Igueben, Edo State for his Primary and Secondary Education. He is a renowned Architect with a Master of Science in Architecture, and Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the prestigious University of Ife, Ife, Osun State in the year 1986 and 1984 respectively. He is a Member of Nigerian Institute of Architects (MNIA), National President, and Member, Board of Trustees, Organizations for the Advancement of Anioma Culture (OFAAC), Member, Anioma National Council and Co - founder, and Member, Board of Trustees, Jonathan - Kester Human Development Foundation, a Philanthropic and Social Development Organization. He has developed himself with professional and industrial training that have impacted positively in his tremendous growth in Architectural designs, project development and management. These include: Leadership Enhancement Skills for Senior Managers and Directors, Corporate Governance: An Essential Requirement for Organizational Growth, Leading and Managing in Challenging Times, Finance for Non - Finance Managers’ Programme and Budget Planning and Control for Senior Executives. Arc. Kester Ifeadi has served as a member – Federal Government of Nigeria visitation panel on Federal Universities and was on the panel to the University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Ogun State (2011). He has carried out consultancy services for the monitoring and evaluation of debt relief gains funded projects for the Federal Government of Nigeria through the Millennium Development Goal initiative (MDG) under Contemporary Design Associates. He is a distinguished Architect with over 26 years wide range experience in Architectural designs, project development and consultancy, Research and International Trade. His flair for structural engineering inspired him into establishing the Contemporary Design Associates in 1990. He started his working career as a Project Supervisor with Oshogbo Steel Rolling Company in 1985 before joining University of Ife, Ife, Osun State, Nigeria as an Assistant Lecturer. He left the teaching work after a year experience to join Crown Associates (A leading Architectural Firm in Lagos) in the capacity of Associates Partner in 1988. He founded his own architectural Firm (Contemporary Design Associates) in 1990 which later gave birth to Contemporary Properties Limited, Contemporary Group Limited, Conwave Ventures Limited and lately 3541 Hospitality Services Limited. As a Property Developer, Arc Kester Ifeadi has developed several landmark properties in Lagos and is currently developing a 120 room Hilton Garden Inn Hotel in Lagos. As a Philanthropist, through his (NGO) Non-governmental Organization (OFAAC), set up to improve the lots of his people in Delta State, has empowered several youths (over 1000 small credit assistances), set up Skill Acquisition Centre and provides scholarships to several less privileged youths in his community. Arc.Kester Ifeadi has received several awards and accolades both from private and public organizations. These include: The West African’s Excellence in Property Developing and Engineering Company of the years 2007 and 2008 respectively. Contemporary Group was also recognized as the Nigeria’s world class architectural design consultants of the year by the institute of Direct Marketing of Nigeria during their African Direct Marketing Merits Award. Won the African week leadership award for his excellent contribution to property development in Nigeria and Africa The firm, Contemporary Group was also highlighted in the October special edition of the international magazine ‘Economist’ as a foremost project development company in Nigeria. Anioma Business Man of the year 2011/2012 by Anioma Trends Anioma Cultural Ambassador of the year 2011/2012 by Anioma Trends Umu Anioma Spirit of Community Award for Youth Empowerment Champion 2012 Anioma Man of the year Award 2011by The Anioma Trust Newspaper.
