Khoresh bademjan (Persian: خورش لپه بادمجان) is a Persian stew made of eggplants, meat, tomatoes and Split peas. As its similar nature to other famous Persian stew such as Khoresh bademjan or Gheymeh, it could be considered a sub-type of these two or it could be considered as separate dish.
