K Raheja Corp is an Indian conglomerate, which provides services across real estate, retail and hospitality. Headquartered at Mumbai, the group is led by sons Ravi Raheja and Neel Raheja [1], and founded by their father Chandru Raheja when the group ventured out of the family business in 1996 [2]. The group’s real estate business has commercial spaces across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Hyderabad and Pune. It operates and leases a total of around 20 million sq. ft. and has been planning to expand its portfolio with a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) listing. It had invested an additional Rs. 1200 crore for developing IT Parks in Chennai to build around 3 million sq. ft of commercial real estate.
