This was the first release to include Kaeun. First Love and Japanese SinglesTheir sixth Korean maxi-single, "First Love", was released on 13 June, and was produced by Brave Brothers. It's their latest comeback in Korea but made few comebacks in Japan. Their fifth Japanese single "Heaven", was released on 2 October. Produce 48After 5 years hiatus, Pledis Entertainment announced that Kaeun will participate in Mnet [3]& CJ's survival show "Produce 48"[4] with trainee Heo Yoonjin. She was one of the most competent participants of the show but end up with 14th place. Produce 48 was biggest chance for her to become popular in Korea so possible to continue her career. She did very well and gain many fans in survival show.
