Liam Horne, born William Horne, is a Scottish-born recording artist. Liam was born July 4, 1995 in Aberdeen, Scotland[1] to a family of gypsies. Horne relocated to Los Angeles, California to pursue his dreams as a musician. Horne is currently a signed recording artist with Capitol Music Group. His career began in songwriting, elevated by the young pop sensation Justin Bieber[2] when he recorded Horne's song, "Out Of Town Girl." Horne wrote this song in his uncle's kitchen while visiting Los Angeles. The song was shared with Justin Bieber through a mutual producer, Soundz. "Out Of Town Girl" was featured on Bieber's third studio album "Believe," released June 15, 2012. Horne's success with this song credited him as a songwriter. As his professional life picked up, his personal was greatly influence by TV personality Chanel West Coast. Horne gained public traction throughout his relationship with Chanel West Coast. The couple dated for three years and split in July of 2017[3]. Through his uncle, Graham Edwards, Liam was introduced to Thor Bradwell, a then-agent at William Morris Endeavor. Horne gained agency representation at WME. Through his relationship at WME, Horne went on to meet Rich Skillz. Skillz, formally a recording artist himself, went on to manage and produce Horne. Skillz founded 432 Entertainment with his partner, Rob Cavallo. Cavallo is best known as a record producer and music business executive. Skillz and Cavallo brought their entertainment venture to Capitol Records. There, the production duo signed Horne as a recording artist. Liam Horne is in the process of completing his debut album with Rob Cavallo and Rich Skillz through their venture at Capitol Records.
