Lubbie Harper, Jr. (YEAR–YEAR) is a Justice of the Connecticut Supreme Court, appointed in 2011.

Born in New Haven, Connecticut, Harper attended local public schools and received a B.S. from the University of New Haven in 1965, and a J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 1975.

In 1997, Governor John G. Rowland nominated Harper to the Connecticut Superior Court. In 2005, Governor M. Jodi Rell nominated Harper to the Appellate Court.
