Makeda Antoine-CambridgeMakeda Lizanna Kefima Antoine-Cambridge (born Dec 31, 1978) is the Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Trinidad and Tobago to the United Nations and Specialized Agencies in Europe; as well as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Trinidad and Tobago to Austria and Italy from November 11, 2017. Born and raised in a rural village, Quarry Village, Siparia in the South Western part of Trinidad, Antoine-Cambridge is an MSc Management Research graduate from the University of Bradford, U.K., and an MBA, Delta Mu Delta graduate from Andrews University, MI. She also has a B.S. Computer Information Systems and A.S. General Business ( Magna Cum Laude) from Andrews University. Prior to her posting, some of her roles included: Managing Director (Genesis International Limited), Operator Partnerships Director (Infobip), Senior Commercial Manager (Digicel Group) and Senior Commercial Operations Manager (TSTT) *maybe citation here*. She comes with 20+ years experience in Information and Communications Technology in areas of commercial management, client relations, systems analysis, product development & management, relationship management, international negotiations, public relations, project management, network rollout, customer experience, contract management, marketing, strategic partnerships and business development. She is fortunate to have successfully negotiated lucrative telecom deals with the C-level executives of companies in North and South America, Africa, the Middle East, Europe, Asia and the Caribbean.
