Frankfurt University}} Martin Boehm (b. February 17, 1978 Wurzburg, Germany) is the acting Dean of IE Business School in Madrid, Spain. After studying at Reutlingen University (Germany), continued his academic education with an MBA at the Australian Graduate School of Entrepreneurship[1] (Australia). He completed his academic education with a Doctorate in Marketing which he obtained from Frankfurt University (Germany). Boehm joined IE Business School in 2006. Since that time, he has combined his academic work as Professor of Marketing with management positions that include Dean of Undergraduate Studies for IE University (2008–2010) and Associate Dean of Master in Management Programs (2010–2012) and Dean of Programs for IE Business School (2012–2017). Boehm currently serves on the board of the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) as well as on the European Foundation for Management Development´s (EFMD) EQUIS and EOCCS Accreditation Board. Boehm is also a member of the Industry Advisory Board for the EMBA Council. Boehm has been a driving force for teaching innovation at IE Business School for over a decade. He recently launched the IE Wow Room[2], an innovative digital learning environment that inspires collaboration between students and professors. He also launched the first pricing course on Coursera and has designed award-winning game-based learning materials.
