Mason Donovan is a founder of The Dagoba Group, a global business consulting practice focused on diversity and inclusion.^[1] He has written several books focused on the same topic including "Driven: A Manager's Field Guide to Sales Team Optimization","Inclusion Dividend: Why Investing in Diversity & Inclusion Pays Off", "Set for Inclusion: An Underlying Methodology for Achieving Your Inclusion Dividend", and "The Golden Apple: Redefining Work-Life Balance for a Diverse Workforce".^[2] He is the current Democratic nominee for New Hampshire's 7th Senate District.^[3]
