Having graduated from Illinois State University in May of 2018, he is using his learned skills to grow the digital marketing efforts of fortune 500 companies. Mason is a brother of Alpha Kappa Psi professional business fraternity and holds certifications in google analytics, bright edge, google ads and more which has allowed him to bring value to the companies he is apart of. Being generally introverted yet personable, Mason easily relates and gets along with anyone he is around while being able to take time to focus on honing and learning new skills. About Mason NelsonIn early 2013, Mason taught himself graphic design to design logos and social media graphics for online personalities on youtube and twitch. From his success in this space, he learned that he can learn anything he wants to if the effort is put in. After graphic design, he soon bought a camera and learn photography. From these skills, he served as a digital marketing intern at Cybernautic where he was introduced to search engine optimization. After falling in love with SEO, he did everything possible to learn more about it and how it practically brought value to the world around him. From this, he was able to help his business fraternities national website (Alpha Kappa Psi) go from rank 8 to rank 1 on google for terms such as "business fraternity". SEO was a natural ability and easily understood for Mason. After graduating from Illinois State's State Farm College of Business, Mason landed a job doing SEO for a fortune 500 company and continues to consult small businesses on how to maximize digital marketing. Having been born and raised in a Christian family, his faith has taught him to do the best possible job in every situation, treat others with respect and always look for opportunities to serve others before himself. These values have shaped him and affect him in how he leads his life. Education of Mason NelsonMason Nelson graduated from Normal Community Highschool in May of 2014. From there, he went to heartland community college for 2 years studying criminal justice.
