He has performed with many artists and as a member of Erin Harpe & The Delta Swingers. Matthew Prozialeck, was born in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. His family moved to Naperville Illinois, a Chicago suburb in 1991. He began playing music in third grade and played Trumpet until seventh grade. He played Football in high school and won a state championship with Naperville North High School in 2007. CareerInspired by The Yardbirds and Paul Butterfield, he began studying blues harmonica. He was an Art student at Northern Illinois University in 2008. He began performing open mic nights as a freshman, and was known to practice in the quad outside the dorms constantly. He graduated with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Visual Communication and joined the Ed Burns Rhythm & Blues Revue shortly after playing in blues clubs around downtown Chicago several nights a week. In 2015 he was asked to join Vizztone band Erin Harpe & The Delta Swingers and relocated to Boston. He co-founded the Blues group GA-20 with Charlie Musselwite’s guitarist Matthew Stubbs. He finished as a semifinalist in the 2017 International Blues Challenge in 2017 with Erin Harpe and was the youngest harmonica player to move forward that year. Prozialeck became an official endorser of Seydel Harmonicas in 2017. His first album with the Delta Swingers Big Road was released in 2017 to positive reviews and peaked at number 12 on The Roots Music Report Top 50 Albums Chart. The album was a hit spending over 7 months on the charts. He recorded as a sideman with Matthew Stubbs and GA-20 in May of 2018 the release date is not announced. [2]Albums
