Education

May Rankin attended the Carroll College Academy from 1881-1887. She graduated from the Emerson College of Oratory in Boston and Carroll College with a Bachelor of Science in 1905.^[1]^[2]

Teaching

May Rankin founded the Carroll Players at Carroll College in 1896. She taught in the theatre department at the school for many years, producing graduates such as Alfred Lunt.
