These lands are given to developers and plantation companies to be developed into shop lots, housings and palm oil plantations.[12][13] There are efforts to document Tuttot Meirek properly into a dictionary and guidebook, where the pioneering of such effort is the one and only "A Guide to the Meirek Language" (Panduan Bercakap Bahasa Jatti Meirek)[14][15] that is currently in the editorial process for a second edition in a joint efforts by Jatti Meirek Association of Miri, Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) and Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka (DBP).[16][1] Category:Ethnic groups in SarawakReference1. ^1 {{Cite web|url=https://www.thestar.com.my/news/nation/2006/12/24/learn-to-speak-meirek-properly/|title=Learn to speak Meirek properly - Nation {{!}} The Star Online|website=www.thestar.com.my|access-date=2018-12-09}} 2. ^1 2 {{Cite web|url=https://www.thestar.com.my/news/nation/2016/07/12/meirek-study-almost-ready-unimas-making-inroads-into-one-of-worlds-oldest-languages/|title=Meirek study almost ready - Nation {{!}} The Star Online|website=www.thestar.com.my|access-date=2018-12-09}} 3. ^{{Cite book|url=https://books.google.com.my/books?id=yXYKAgAAQBAJ&pg=PA781&lpg=PA781&dq=Jatti+Meirek&source=bl&ots=2KQ8DHbopp&sig=_OLDTHUDRG8UO9tx7nU7Pwc663Q&hl=en&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwj8ruvD9JDfAhXKfX0KHW-VASs4FBDoATAHegQIAxAB#v=onepage&q=Jatti%20Meirek&f=false|title=Encyclopedia of the World's Minorities|last=Skutsch|first=Carl|date=2013-11-07|publisher=Routledge|isbn=9781135193881|language=en}} 4. ^{{Cite web|url=http://archive.li/Ps9EM|title=Jatti Meirek want candidate from their community – BorneoPost Online …|date=2015-05-17|website=archive.li|access-date=2018-12-09}} 5. ^{{Cite web|url=https://www.localadmy.com/c/srw-miri-persatuan-jatti-meirek-miri-878232/|title=Persatuan Jatti Meirek Miri,Tel:085-432 219,Lot 1749, MCLD, Jalan Jee Foh Utama,Miri,Sarawak {{!}} Localadmy Malaysia|website=www.localadmy.com|access-date=2018-12-09}} 6. ^{{Cite web|url=https://mysociety.my/societies/info/11633/persatuan-jatti-meirek-miri|title=Persatuan Jatti Meirek Miri|website=mysociety.my|access-date=2018-12-09}} 7. ^{{Cite web|url=https://www.pressreader.com/malaysia/utusan-borneo-sarawak/20141017/281801397214661|title=Etnik Minoriti Jatti Miriek intai kerusi dalam PRN akan datang|last=Utusan Borneo|first=|date=17 Oct 2014|website=www.pressreader.com|archive-url=|archive-date=|dead-url=|access-date=2018-12-09}} 8. ^{{Cite web|url=http://www.theborneopost.com/2014/10/17/jatti-meirek-want-candidate-from-their-community/|title=Jatti Meirek want candidate from their community|date=2014-10-16|website=BorneoPost Online {{!}} Borneo , Malaysia, Sarawak Daily News|language=en-GB|access-date=2018-12-09}} 9. ^{{Cite web|url=https://www.mysociety.my/societies/info/8269/persatuan-bakong-dalik-dan-miri-badami-sarawak|title=Persatuan Bakong Dalik dan Miri (BADAMI) Sarawak|last=|first=|date=|website=www.mysociety.my|archive-url=|archive-date=|dead-url=|access-date=2018-12-09}} 10. ^{{Cite web|url=http://www.theborneopost.com/2012/03/25/study-sought-on-jatti-meirek-community/|title=Study sought on Jatti Meirek community|last=Mahadi|first=Norni|date=2012-03-25|website=BorneoPost Online {{!}} Borneo , Malaysia, Sarawak Daily News|language=en-GB|access-date=2018-12-09}} 11. ^{{Cite web|url=https://www.bharian.com.my/berita/wilayah/2018/01/375242/bahasa-jatti-meirek-diancam-kepupusan|title=Bahasa Jatti Meirek Diancam Kepupusan|last=|first=|date=|website=www.bharian.com.my|archive-url=|archive-date=|dead-url=|access-date=2018-12-09}} 12. ^{{cite web|url=https://www.edgeprop.my/content/1440984/sarawak-pas-calls-cm-intervene-malay-and-jatti-meirek-land-issue|title=Sarawak PAS calls on CM to intervene in Malay and Jatti Meirek land issue|website=Edgeprop.my}} 13. ^{{cite web|url=https://sarawakvoice.com/2018/07/30/ncr-elakkan-salah-faham-kekeliruan-melayu-dayak/|title=NCR: Elakkan salah faham, kekeliruan Melayu, Dayak|publisher=}} 14. ^{{Cite web|url=http://www.librarynet.com.my/pls/angkasa/OPAC3_VIEW.display_full?v_bib=455797&v_product=OPAC&v_location=|title=OPAC - Bibliographic Details|website=www.librarynet.com.my|access-date=2018-12-09}} 15. ^{{Cite book|url=https://books.google.com.my/books/about/Panduan_bercakap_bahasa_Jatti_Meirek.html?id=M8QTDQEACAAJ&redir_esc=y|title=Panduan bercakap bahasa Jatti Meirek: (terjemahan daripada bahasa Malaysia)|date=2008|publisher=Persatuan Jatti Meirek|language=ms}} 16. ^{{Cite web|url=https://cm.sarawak.gov.my/modules/web/pages.php?mod=news&sub=news_view&nid=1864|title=Official Website Office of the Chief Minister of Sarawak|website=cm.sarawak.gov.my|access-date=2018-12-09}} |
