Menetes (Karpathos)Menetes is one of the ten towns of the island of Karpathos, in the Dodecanesean Islands of Greece. It is located 4 km from the island's capital, Pigadia, and 8 km from the Karpathos Island National Airport. The Town of Menetes includes the inland Menetes Village, the settlements Stavri and Skopi; the seaside communities of Lakki (also known as "Amoopi") and Afiartis; and the unpopulated islets of Mira, Nisieros, and Prasonisi in the Karpathian Sea.
