Mike was the 2016 Chairman of the Board of the Colorado Technology Association. Mike is the Chairman & CEO of several technology companies including innovation lab software company Acumen Digital.[1] and cyber security company Praelium Systems. He was the Global Chief Information Officer of EchoStar Corporation (a.k.a. Dish Network) and several other fortune 500 firms. One of the very first people ever, to serve as a Chief Digital Officer in a major global corporation. He has served as the CEO of several notable computer software companies.[2] Two-time winner of NASA's engineering excellence award and the United States Air Force (USAF) engineering award. Considered to be one of the greatest cyber security intelligence executives in the United States, he is a top technology & cyber security advisor to the governor of the State of Colorado and various other public and private organizations. Member of the Board of Directors of the National Cybersecurity Center (NCC). He is also the chairman of the NCC's Rapid Response Center Board.[3] Board Member of the Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT). Recognized as an innovator in OTT (over the top) video technologies.[4] In 2010, was named to the DBJ's 40 under forty award.[5]. Along with being a very experienced pilot, Mike is one of the best amateur aerobatics aviators in the world. Additionally; Mike is a race car/supercar/hyper car enthusiast and SCCA GT trained race car driver.
