Together with his elder brothers Mirza Mughal, they renounced their rights of succession to his younger brother Prince Jawan Bakht in July 1856. Mirza Khizer Shah Bahadur Sultan & Mirza Mughal was killed along with 756 other members of the imperial family & thire relatives at Turkman gate or Kabuli Gate.
