First of all (مُلاحَظةِ) Mulahaza itself is Written as Mulahaza in arabic, however its usage in different countries like India and Pakistan has influence with there dialect that include urdu word in hindi therefor beacuse of this waste usage in this tone , it is now written and pronounced as Mulaheza.
