mybodyandsoul.com.au is a health and wellness website owned by News Corp Australia, featuring content from the body+soul newspaper lift out and exclusive online editorial. The website has a holistic approach to wellness that goes beyond diet and glute exercises.

History

mybodyandsoul.com.au launched in May 2016.

In 2017, NewsCorp brought together its women’s lifestyle brands under the With Her In Mind Network (WHIMN). This includes kidspot.com.au, whimn.com.au, mybodyandsoul.com.au and bestrecipes.com.au which has a unique audience over 3 million each month.^[1]

Along with the other WHIMN brands, mybodyandsoul.com.au is based in the News Corp headquarters in Surry Hills, NSW.

Content

mybodyandsoul.com.au produces daily health and wellness content from trusted experts, including general practitioners, dietitians and fitness experts, as well as regular celebrity contributors, such as Sam Wood from 28 by Sam Wood and Jessica Sepel of JSHealth. The site also contains easy-to-use online health tools.

It has a unique audience of 600,000 readers each month^[2], whom it provides with expert and first-person content covering health and fitness, diet trends, beauty and relationships. It is recognised as a brand readers turns to for motivation, inspiration, advice and support.

mybody+soul.com.au runs popular editorial campaigns such as Hit Refresh - an annual campaign with five experts providing regular advice on fitness, nutrition, mind, money and beauty over a five-week period starting in January to help readers 'hit refresh' on their lives in the New Year.

It also has the Women's Health Check, a survey giving insight into Australian female readers' health, from hormones to stress levels to weekly habits.

mybodyandsoul.com.au's leading health podcast Healthy-ish is hosted by Dr Andrew Rochford, Maz Compton and mybodyandsoul.com.au editor Eliza Cracknell. Since launching in June 2017, this podcast has already over 200,000 downloads and is featured as one of the podcasts on Virgin Australia's in-flight entertainment.
