Nando Vila is a host, correspondent, producer, and writer covering politics, sports, and culture.[1] Nando is the host and creator of "Happy Ending with Nando Vila" on the cable network Fusion. "Happy Ending" is a sketch comedy series that explored major social and political issues from a progressive perspective. It premiered in late 2017 and ran through spring of 2018[2] [3] [4] [5] The show featured numerous notable progressive journalists and strategists as guests including Matt Bruenig, Sarah Jaffe, Ryan Cooper, Adam Johnson and Tim Faust. [6] Leading up to the 2018 World Cup, Nando hosted the podcast "We Came to Win" for Gimlet Media[7] [8] The podcast "thoughtfully profil[es] a handful of the World Cup’s most recognizable moments, storylines, and personalities to examine how they have impacted the larger world today."
