| 释义 | Neocracy (Greek: νεοκράτης neokrátis, literally "New Power") is a philosophical and political ideology created in the second decade of the 21st century of the Gregorian calendar. Originated in the city of Leipzig, Germany, neocracy aspires to renovate the ancient greek's original concept of direct democracy, focusing in the different challenges of the contemporary society such as e-education, the Fourth Industrial Revolution, economic inequality, implementation of values in high-tech and space colonization. Currently without political representation, the Neocratic Party aspires to be the first one to implement the neocratic ideology, initiating its political activity in Europe by the next decade 2020s. |
