North Property Group Ltd are an independently owned property sales, lettings and investment agent based in Leeds, England. As an independent agency they work exlusively for the benefit of their clients when helping them to buy, sell, rent or let properties across the UK. They are a full service agency who take a holistic approach to property investment and management.

History

North Property Group was founded in 2017 by Oli Banks and Tim Coen[1] with the intention of establishing a client-centric company that would offer only the best developments to their investors.[2]

The company takes a holistic approach to property investment by offering an end to end investment solution to their clients; they are one of a few UK based companies who will manage an investment journey every step of the way. The company is involved in both the sales and lettings markets and aim to source investments for their clients, offer advice, source tenants upon completion, manage the asset and then devise an exit strategy when the client is ready to sell.

In 2018 they were awarded as the Gold Winner for the Estate Agent in Leeds (LS1-LS2) by the British Property Awards.[3]

Investments

All North Property Group properties are specially selected in key growth markets. They specifically focus on investments in the Northern Powerhouse, such as Leeds, Liverpool and Manchester. These cities provide excellent growth opportunities for investors, as they are being backed by the government's Northern Powerhouse initiative where £3.4 billion has been allocated for growth deals and £13 billion to improve the transport network.[4]

Lettings

North Property Group currently have a large portfolio of managed properties. They offer both a Fully Managed and Tenant Find Only service. They offer a hands-off approach for their clients, as their dedicated lettings team find suitable tenants, ensure the tenancy runs smoothly throughout and then carry out tenancy renewal and full end-of-tenancy procedures.[5]

With a Tenant Find Only service, they will source and appropriate tenant for a property and then pass over responsibility for the landlord to manage the tenancy thereafter.[6]

The majority of rental properties offered by North Property Group are located in Leeds, Liverpool and Manchester.
