Olivier O. Provosty (August 2, 1852 - YEAR) was a Justice of the Louisiana Supreme Court from March 16, 1901 to 1922, briefly serving as Chief Justice in 1922.

Born Pointe Coupee, La. Educated at Georgetown University. District Attorney, 1873-76. Louisiana State Senate. 1888-92. Member of Constitutional Convention, 1898. Referee in bankruptcy, 1898-1901.^[1]
