One Griffinestone

One Griffinstone^[1] is an 18-story office building in Alabang (BGC), Philippines. It is a development of Griffinstone, Inc with DMCI Holdings Inc, and W.V Coscolluela & Associates. One Griffinstone is a Class A building located in Filinvest City, a PEZA-accredited zone in the Philippines. It has 10 floors of typical office space, 8 levels of parking, and is in a bare shell handover condition.

Location

One Griffinstone is located along Commerce Avenue corner Spectrum Midway. It is nearby Insular Life Corporate Center and The Mondrian Residences.

Design and Features

One Griffinstone^[2] is designed by W.V Coscolluela & Associates, the team behind the Zuellig building and The PhilAm Life Tower. It is a Pre-certified LEED Gold^[3]^[4] building, carrying sustainable amenities and energy-conserving materials such as double-glazed insulated glass for a cooler atmosphere.
