Great Railroad Series: Our First Locomotive, is a 2018 Children's book, by teen Author Isaac ben Levi ^[1] The book is the first in a series and set in the Ozark Mountains in the late 1940's. As historical fiction, it tells about the start of a small railroad, the Ozark Mountain Railroad (OMRR). The first locomotive, the OMRR's #1 Andrew, is saved from the scrap pile and ready to work to make each step a success. The watercolor illustrations feature the topography of the Ozarks along with the railroad lines, locomotives and people involved in making the OMRR a success.

Note: 'Great Railroad Series: Our First Locomotive' is the first book published by Isaac ben Levi through Living Tree Press, LLC - a small, independent press.
