Pankaj Arora [1] (01/03/1989) is an Indian business executive. He is the CEO[2] of YapApp[3] & DizziPay Holdings[4].  He is an innovator, who keeps coming up with path-breaking technologies and solutions. Whether it’s in India[5], USA[6] or any other country; wherever he goes, he comes up with something innovative.

Early life and Education

Pankaj Arora[1] was born in Firozepur[7] Punjab[8], India[5], in a Hindu family[9]. His mother name is Neelam Arora and father name is Mahesh Kumar.

He completed his secondary education in 2006, from D.C. Model Sr. Sec School. In 2010, he earned his Bachelor of Technology[10] (BTech) from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College in the field of computer science[11]

Career

Pankaj started his career (Jan 2010) as an iOS Developer and worked in Seasia[12] (S.A.S. Nagar[13] Mohali, Punjab, India) for around 1.9 years. Here he Mentored team to work on iPhone apps[14], Developed Games using Cocos2d, UIView, Game Centre and Worked on mobile apps along with client communication. Pankaj joined Netsmartz [15](IT Park, Chandigarh[16]) as a Team Lead (Sep 2011) and promoted as a project manager soon (Jul 2013).  After working there for around 4.9 years, he joined Taxi Mobile Solutions (Software Depot Online Inc.), in Rochester, New York Area[17], as a Product Manager (Jan 2014 – May 2016).

In Jun 2016, Pankaj became the CEO (Chief Executive Officer[2]) YapApp (Mohali), where he is Involved from design to release of the products.  He is enthusiastically with the company and has established both the market and target customer strategies for the company. The company was formed on a very simple idea to provide quality IT services[18]. YapApp provides services of Website Development[19], Creative Design, SEO, iOS/Android App Development, E-Commerce[20] Gaming Development and more.

Pankaj is also the CEO of the star up DizziPay Holdings LTD[4] (Israel[21]) in Dec 2018. DizziPay is a pioneering digital payments platform that makes a massive change in the way consumers make payments, without owning a payment card. It works to curb global credit fraud and add hundreds of millions of bank account holders who do not possess payment card, to the modern consumer environment. The Company has its Headquarters in Herzliya[22], Tel Aviv. The Company has 51-200 employees working for it.

Pankaj believes that Being the CEO of a startup is one of the most challenging and exciting roles out there. The job is to develop, design and present a product customer’s love. He knows what it takes to hire a good team, find funding from customers, partners, or investors and spearhead the overall execution of work. It can be tougher if you don't have the fortune to invest with, but you can still develop a successful business by implementing proven and established processes and systems.  Pankaj has invested his time on three things: developing a product, getting customers, and structuring team.
