Better known for his role in political trial in Belgrade 1984, which was described by Amnesty International as "The Last Stalinistic Show-Trial in Eastern Europe". In the late 1980s he began a private law practice. Stojković is one of the people who founded the Democratic Party of Serbia, and the Serbian election committee employed him for several elections.
