Livorno Calcio.[2] At the time the team was competing on Serie B which is the second highest football division on Italy. He was usually used as a substitute during the last minutes of the games and he played most of his games on the cup tournament known as Coppa Italia.[3]. During an interview for Copa90 US on April 07 of 2018 he revealed that the reason he decided to leave the team was to become a doctor. Infurna was included by Jürgen Klinsmann in United States friendly matches in recommendation of Pat's friend Heath Pearce.[4] Infurna played 2 games and was never in any USMNT roster again. In 2016 Dan was arrested during a New York Red Bulls match because of vandalism while protesting modern football.
